In memoriam....

I was saddened to learn of the death of actress Barbara Bel Geddes. Though she was most known for her portrayal of Miss Ellie Ewing in the television show "Dallas", I thought that she was wonderful in Hitchcock's masterpiece "Vertigo". Her character in that film has a timeless irresistible spunk about her as well as incredible pathos.
